The RECARO Classic Pole Position (ABE) combines traditional motorsport styling with modern construction and certified safety standards. Based on the road-legal RECARO Pole Position (ABE) racing shell originally developed from the RECARO shell for the Porsche 964 RS, this Classic version preserves an authentic vintage appearance while complying with current certification requirements.
Constructed with a glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) seat shell and finished in Leather Black / Caro upholstery, the seat integrates seamlessly into classic and performance-focused vehicle interiors. Its slim profile, pronounced lateral support, and specially formed shoulder contours ensure stable seating during dynamic driving while remaining suitable for everyday road use.
