Description SACHS PERFORMANCE 003002001897 Clutch Pressure Plate RCS 184
Consistent clamp load and defined Torque capacity: the SACHS RCS 184 pressure plate from ZF Motorsport is the central load element of RCS 184 racing clutches. It transfers diaphragm-spring force precisely into the friction pack and, in combination with matching intermediate plates and clutch discs, delivers a repeatable, track-ready response.
Manufactured from high-strength steel with a precision-machined friction face, it is specific to the RCS 184 geometry. Replacement is service-friendly as a single module, while the clutch cover (housing) remains untouched.
Overhaul note: Always check the pressure plate for runout, thickness, and surface condition. If warpage or wear exceeds tolerance, replace the pressure, intermediate, and friction plates together to maintain Torque capacity, Pedal feel, and shift precision of the SACHS racing clutch.
