Compact, Lightweight, and precise, the SACHS RCS 140 clutch cover housing is the central support structure of ZF Motorsport’s modular Racing Clutch System. It was developed for high-revving, weight-optimised racing clutches with a very short design.

The RCS 140 version is suitable for demanding racing applications where low moment of inertia, fast shifts, high temperature stability, and precise component guidance are decisive.

Note: The clutch housing must be combined with approved RCS 140 pressure plates, intermediate plates, and clutch discs specific to the series. Selection depends on the number of plates, release diameter, Friction material, and application profile.
