The RCS 3/115 carbon pack restores the nominal carbon stack thickness (stack height) and the correct kinematics of the diaphragm spring.

On RCC 115, the base plate is available in several build heights. Wear compensation is achieved by selecting the appropriate base plate and pressure ring, keeping Torque capacity, Pedal feel, and clamp load consistent throughout the entire service interval.

Installation note: The carbon pack should be installed once the maximum possible wear compensation has been used up.

Kit comes with:

  • Three friction discs
  • Four intermediate plates
