SACHS RCS racing clutches from ZF-Motorsport are not designed for a specific vehicle and must be adapted to the available installation space. Release rings correctly set the axial position of the release bearing or concentric slave cylinder relative to the diaphragm spring.

The release rings are mounted on the diaphragm spring of the SACHS RCS 140 clutch. They enable the use of a release bearing or slave cylinder with a flat contact face.

Design: Before installation, the clutch, flywheel, gearbox, release bearing, actuation system, and available installation space must be measured together.

  • Changes the axial contact position of the release bearing relative to the diaphragm spring
  • Allows the SACHS RCS 140 racing clutch to be adapted to the available installation space
  • Forms a defined contact face for release bearings or concentric slave cylinders with a flat contact face
