The SACHS RCS 140 3.4 sintered clutch disc is engineered for uncompromising motorsport use. Its 140 mm diameter and 3.4 mm friction lining provide an ultra-compact, low-inertia package for single-seaters, touring cars, and rally cars where packaging and weight are critical.

Compared with the RCS variant with a 2.6 mm lining, rotational inertia increases only slightly, while the additional 0.8 mm lining thickness provides a much larger wear reserve and longer service life.

The high-strength sintered friction material ensures maximum thermal stability and reliably transmits high Torque under extreme conditions. In rigid configuration, the clutch engages directly, enabling aggressive launches and rapid engagement at race starts.

SACHS RCS hub

SACHS RCS 140 3.4 motorsport discs are available with different hub profiles precisely matched to the gearbox input shaft. This ensures a precise fit, reliable Torque transfer, and maximum durability under severe racing conditions.

Hubs are offered in various lengths to suit the available package space and provide correct actuation. The modular RCS 140 concept enables a custom-tuned racing clutch with minimal inertia and maximum performance.
