The SACHS RCS 140 2.6 sintered clutch disc is engineered for uncompromising motorsport use. Its ultra-compact, Lightweight package is ideal for formula cars, touring cars, and rally cars where space and weight are critical.

Its high-load sintered Friction material offers outstanding heat resistance and reliably transfers high Torque under the harshest conditions. The rigid design provides exceptionally direct engagement, aggressive launches, and instant bite at race starts.

The technology

Compared with organic clutch discs, it offers significantly higher thermal resilience, better high-rpm stability, and superior resistance to dirt and oil. As a core element of the modular SACHS RCS 140 clutch system, it is matched to rally, formula, and circuit racing applications.

SACHS RCS hub

SACHS RCS 140 2.6 clutch discs are available with different spline hubs matched to the gearbox input shaft. This ensures precise Fitment / Vehicle compatibility, reliable Torque transfer, and maximum durability in demanding race use.

Hubs are available in various Length options: extra short, short, medium, and long. This allows optimal packaging within the bellhousing and correct actuation.
