The SACHS RCS 140 3.4 sintered clutch disc is engineered for uncompromising motorsport use. Its ultra-compact, low-inertia package is ideal for single-seaters, touring cars, and rally cars where packaging and weight are critical.

Compared with the RCS variant with a 2.6 mm lining, rotational inertia increases only slightly, while the additional 0.8 mm lining thickness provides a much larger wear reserve and therefore a longer service life.

The high-strength sintered Friction material ensures maximum thermal stability and reliably transmits high Torque even in extreme conditions. The rigid configuration engages very directly and enables aggressive launches and lightning-fast engagement at race starts.
