The SPEED ENGINEERING 13647 Brake Cooling Kit is designed for the HONDA Civic Type R FK8. The cooling system provides brake cooling for the front axle and rear axle using the vehicle’s existing aerodynamic and mounting features.

At the front axle, the factory bumper air intakes provide the airflow source. The original air intakes guide air into the wheel arch, where the supplied air inlet ducts connect to the outlets through short hoses. Airflow is directed into the centre of the Brake disc / Brake rotor.

At the rear axle, the plug-and-play solution uses the original wishbone mounting points and directs air into the inside of the rim through a flow channel. No hoses, clamps, or additional accessories are required.

Anchor Plate Note: Removal of the anchor plate is strongly recommended.

Road Use: Motorsport parts are not approved for road use.

Fitment / Vehicle compatibility Note: Models vary slightly in wheel position, chassis geometry, and wheel and tyre combinations. In some cases, the wheel may lightly touch at full steering lock, and the final quarter of steering travel should be avoided.
