The SPEED ENGINEERING 13673 Seat Console with Adapter is designed for the passenger side of the SUZUKI Swift Sport RZ / AZ. This safety-critical seat mounting component was developed using FEM simulation to support safety and weight optimisation.

The console is designed to provide the lowest possible central seating position in front of the steering wheel. Cut-outs and component shapes are based on calculated and simulated stress distribution under load. Reduced lever arms between fixing points help lower torque loads on the components.

The installation space is measured using a 3D laser scanner to reduce fastening material and installation effort while maximising available space.
