The SPEED ENGINEERING 13868 Seat Console with Adapter is designed for the driver side of the VOLKSWAGEN Polo V, VOLKSWAGEN Polo R WRC Street 6R, AUDI A1, and AUDI S1 8X. The seat mounting is a safety-critical component developed with FEM simulation to support safety and weight optimisation.

The console is designed to provide the lowest possible central seating position in front of the steering wheel. Component cut-outs and shapes are based on calculated and simulated stress distribution under load. The installation space is measured using a 3D laser scanner to reduce fastening material, simplify installation, and maximise available space.

Registration Requirement: Individual approval in accordance with §21 by TÜV is required.

Road Use: Motorsport products are not automatically approved under the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO).

Registration Note: The flat-rate TÜV registration fee is charged only once when ordering the set for both driver and passenger sides.
