Bespoke and designed to fit the VW Golf 8 R. Most vehicles have only minimal brake cooling on the front axle and usually no cooling on the rear axle. Porsche, among others, has recognised that brake cooling is essential for the performance, durability, and service life of brakes and their components.

The component geometry is designed to fit the wishbones of the VW Golf 8 GTI and R. Installation is a plug-and-play solution using cable ties, without requiring a lifting platform or wheel removal. The flat inlets do not protrude below the vehicle’s lowest point. They redirect the airflow beneath the vehicle towards the centre of the rotating wheel.

The components are manufactured from PA12 plastic and feature mounting slots. The continuous taper between the inlet and outlet accelerates the airflow while maintaining the same volume, resulting in a targeted outflow of air. A universal rear axle cooling system is available separately and has been extensively tested over several months on a wide variety of vehicles.
