The SPEED ENGINEERING 14157 Universal Bonnet Vent supports engine compartment ventilation while providing a racing-inspired appearance. It helps reduce engine compartment temperature and front axle lift by allowing accumulated air to escape through the bonnet.

Airflow passing through the radiator can accumulate inside the engine compartment, creating positive pressure that acts on the bonnet and generates lift. The bonnet vents provide an exit path for this airflow, helping reduce excess pressure.

UV Resistance Note: The material may lose UV resistance under extreme and frequent heat cycles. Painting the component black is recommended to ensure permanent UV resistance.

Installation Note: Cutting may damage vehicle wraps and cannot always be prevented.

Road Use: Motorsport parts are not approved for road use.
