The Syvecs Ford Fiesta MK7 ST Kit brings a new level of engine management control to the Ford Fiesta ST range with a complete standalone engine control module. Simply plugging in the kit provides access to a new level of control.

• Flat Shift; adjustable Launch Control; rolling anti-lag and pit lane limiter strategies; fully adjustable launch control with anti-lag strategies and ramp-in maps; adjustable traction control based on lateral G and individual wheel-speed monitoring; eight switchable maps selectable through the steering-wheel buttons.
• Direct and port injection support; adjustable knock control, DI pump control, injection angles, full Variable Valve Timing control, Flex Fuel control, closed-loop Lambda control, and live tuning; support for up to 7-bar MAP sensors, high- or low-impedance injectors, and up to four additional injectors.
• Fully adjustable closed-loop boost control; fuel pump control and relative fuel-pressure monitoring; four pedal-to-Throttle body angle maps; individual-cylinder closed-loop knock control with cylinder shutdown; configurable engine safety trips; wet and dry nitrous control; anti-theft and valet modes.
• Up to eight hours of built-in data logging at rates up to 1000 Hz; RJ45 Ethernet connectivity for local or remote live tuning; built-in scope up to 1000 Hz; support for external sensors, vehicle features, any size DBW Throttle body, Race Series dashboards, and partner Touchscreen CANBUS adjustment/display units; full functionality with every other ECU in the car.

FAQs

Does the OE dashboard still work like stock? Yes. The kit retains all OE dashboard functionality, including the tachometer, speedometer, and warning lights.

Can additional port injectors be added? Yes. Four port injectors can be added to complement the GDI injectors as secondary injection. The following pins can be assigned as secondary injectors, with some reconfiguration required:

• Fuel #09, Pin 34: Currently free
• Fuel #10, Pin 6: Remove the bypass solenoid and connect this to ground
• Fuel #11, Pin 33: Remove the turbo bypass (BOV) and connect the vacuum source directly to the engine
• Fuel #15, Pin 20: Remove the canister purge and vent it to atmosphere

Warning: The injectors must not be plugged in until the ECU calibration has been updated for eight injectors.

Is cruise control retained? Yes. Cruise control functionality, including the stock up and down functions, is retained.

Can Flex Fuel be used? Yes. A Flex Fuel sensor can be added for varying ethanol fuel blends.

• Power: 12 V switched power from ECU Pin 56 or 57
• Ground: ECU Pin 1, 28, 29, or 55, preferably
• Signal: Pin 8, AN#16
• Assign the Fuel Composition Sensor (fuelComp), enable the FlexFuel strategy, and calibrate accordingly

Can the system be expanded when all inputs are used? Yes. The Syvecs I/O Expander adds 10 LSD/HSD outputs, four Half-Bridge outputs combinable into two Full-Bridge outputs, and 10 analogue inputs for 5 V, thermistor, or switch inputs.

Wire the expander to CAN 2 on the S-GDI.
