The Toyota GR Yaris Plug-In Kit brings a new level of engine management control to the Toyota GR Yaris platform with a complete standalone ECU package.

Designed for factory vehicles through to the highest levels of motorsport, the Syvecs plug-in ECU provides comprehensive engine, Torque, AWD, injection, boost, safety, logging, and calibration control. The Syvecs GR Yaris ECU is the controller selected by Toyota Italia/Europe for the RallyCup series supported by ACME Racing.

Important: Pre-collision and lane assist are not supported. DSC and low-speed collision warning system dashboard error lights are not illuminated.

• Live tuning of engine calibration and Torque control; adjustable launch control based on speed, GPS, or time; flat-foot shifting; rolling antilag; cruise control; configurable engine safety trips; anti-theft and valet modes; and four programmable target-slip maps with immediate Torque reduction through ignition retard or fuel cut.
• Direct and port injection control; six-injector control supporting aftermarket injectors; injector dead-time and end-angle calibration; fuel pump control for intake and direct-injection pumps; relative fuel-pressure monitoring and limiting; flex-fuel control with ethanol content displayed on the dashboard; EVAP control; wet and dry nitrous control; and closed-loop lambda control using the supplied NTK sensor.
• Factory and larger aftermarket turbo support; electronic wastegate support; adjustable closed-loop boost control; exhaust gas temperature monitoring and trimming; full variable valve timing control; IMT functionality; support for MAP sensors up to 10 bar; configurable individual-cylinder closed-loop knock control; and support for any size DBW Throttle body.
• AWD duty and temperature monitoring; adjustable traction control based on lateral G, GPS speed, or individual wheel speeds; 64 MB built-in data logging for over eight hours at rates up to 1000 Hz; RJ45 Ethernet connectivity; live input viewing with a built-in scope up to 1000 Hz; external sensor and vehicle-feature control; Race Series dashboard connectivity through spare CAN bus; and additional I/O through the 26-way Header.

Additional Information:

• OEM variable valve timing is adjustable through variable valve timing calibrations, including Intake and exhaust cam targets.
• The kit can be used when the engine is installed in another vehicle without CAN bus. The dealer must complete vehicle-side wiring, including 12 V, pedal signal, and fuel pump control.
• Antilag and adjustable launch RPM are supported.
• Flex-fuel installation recommendations are provided in the installation manual, and ethanol content can be displayed on the dashboard.
• Adjusting the Torque demand table output affects AWD operation. Full control requires the standalone GR Yaris AWD controller.
• Calibrations are changed using the OEM cruise control buttons. The cruise cancel button provides calibration override for rolling antilag.
• The OEM BOV setup can be replaced with any preferred type.
