The SYVECS SYV-4WDYaris is a standalone AWD/4WD/Centre Differential controller engineered for the Toyota Yaris GR (2020–2023), providing full control over the vehicle’s all-wheel-drive system. Unlike the OEM controller, which is non-adjustable and prone to disengagement during high-load operation, this module enables precise tuning and prevents instant AWD dropouts under circuit conditions. It replicates OEM CAN signals while incorporating additional inputs such as steering angle, brake pressure, RPM, throttle position, lateral and longitudinal G-force, wheel speeds, temperatures, and mode switch status.

The unit supports live AWD duty map switching via the factory diff mode buttons and includes features such as burnout mode activation, optional external control looms, and real-time AWD duty adjustment. Integrated limp protection maintains AWD operation under extreme conditions, avoiding sudden disengagement that can occur with factory units. Using the dedicated Scal software, over 40 control maps are available, covering base duties, adders, multipliers, and limiters for advanced torque distribution management. The system is compatible with both OEM and rally configurations and supports extensive sensor integration.
