Description SYVECS SYV-S7i Stand Alone Engine ECU S7i
The S7i is a low-cost engine management system designed for clients on a budget who still require a powerful controller. Replacing the S6i, the ECU is available as a standalone unit or as part of Plug N Play kits.
The S7-I ECU provides precise engine management control. Its triple-processor architecture uses a high-speed RISC processor for code execution and a large FPGA for high-speed engine position tracking. Code scheduling remains independent of signal patterns, increasing flexibility, efficiency, and accuracy under transient conditions. Advanced control algorithms are supported through SCal software and S7 Firmware.
Designed for Plug N Play kits requiring programmable CAN bus and Drive-By-Wire support, the S7-i uses the same three AMP Superseal connectors and I/O pinout as the S7Plus ECU. This allows a later upgrade to an S7Plus when additional inputs and outputs are required, without changing the loom. The third processor is intended to support custom C code for full vehicle integration via CAN bus and custom OEM application strategies. This functionality is currently available only to Syvecs staff, with dealer availability planned.
