Technical Details:

  • Mounts to the chassis using standard mounting points.
  • Full 3D CAD design.
  • Front tubular subframes provide a 5 kg savings per vehicle compared to similar OEM components. The subframes weigh 8.45 kg.
  • The subframes are powder coated black as standard.
  • FEA testing has been carried out and additional reinforcement of the original structure has been made.
  • Made of T45 pipes and S355 steel plates.
  • TIG 141 welding.

Includes:

  • Front lightweight tubular subframe for LHD vehicles.
  • Two aluminum steering rack mounts.
  • Steel steering rack mounts.

Note: Front subframe is not compatible with Whiteline 26mm front stabilizer bar.
