The VERUS ENGINEERING A0044A Transmission Tunnel Cover Kit is engineered to reduce underbody turbulence around the transmission area on the Subaru BRZ, Scion FR-S, Toyota GT86, and GR86. By covering a highly turbulent section of the underbody, the Kit reduces aerodynamic drag and improves the efficiency of downstream aerodynamic components such as rear diffusers.

Designed using OEM CAD data, the transmission tunnel covers feature near-OEM fit and finish and integrate seamlessly with the factory underbody. When installed on vehicles with rake, the flat underbody surface can contribute to increased downforce by allowing the underbody to function more effectively as a diffuser. The modular design accommodates a wide range of exhaust and resonator configurations while maintaining a simple, non-invasive bolt-on installation.
