The VERUS ENGINEERING A0065A-BLK Aluminum Slanted Hood Louver Kit is designed to reduce engine bay heat and pressure by evacuating hot air from beneath the hood. By improving airflow through the cooling stack, the louvers enhance thermal efficiency, support underhood component longevity, and can contribute to a modest increase in front-end downforce.

Engineered specifically for use with the OEM hood, this Kit preserves the factory hood’s structural skeleton to maintain long-term strength and dimensional stability. The CFD-optimized louver geometry and precise placement provide effective air evacuation without unnecessary weight, resulting in a solution that, when installed on the OE hood, weighs less than many aftermarket carbon hoods. Optional wickers are included to further improve evacuation efficiency, and optional rain guard Kits are available for additional engine bay protection.
