Description VERUS ENGINEERING A0078A Side Splitters (Carbon) for FORD Focus RS (MK3)

The VERUS ENGINEERING A0078A composite side splitters are designed to add functional aerodynamic performance and a completed aero appearance to the Ford Focus RS (MK3). The splitters use a horizontal member to reduce the amount of high-pressure air reaching the underside of the vehicle, which helps reduce lift. Constructed from carbon thermoplastic (the same material used on the front splitter), the side splitters are intended to be strong, durable, lightweight, and laterally adjustable to meet specific appearance goals.

In-house scan data was used during development to achieve a near-OEM fit and finish. As part of the Verus Engineering Ventus 1 package, the side splitters support the overall aerodynamic system by helping improve downforce, decreasing air spillage from under the vehicle, and improving overall aerodynamic efficiency.
