The VERUS ENGINEERING A0079A-BARE-N17 aluminum hood louver Kit N17 is engineered to reduce engine bay heat and underhood pressure on the Ford Focus RS and ST (MK3). By improving the evacuation of hot air from the engine bay, the louvers enhance airflow through the radiator and auxiliary cooling components, resulting in improved cooling stack efficiency. Reduced pressure buildup beneath the hood also contributes to lower front-end lift and a corresponding increase in aerodynamic stability.

Designed using 3D scan data and CFD analysis, the louvers are positioned in a low-pressure region of the hood while following OEM body lines.
