Description VERUS ENGINEERING A0112A Underbody Panel Kit (Carbon) for NISSAN GT-R (R35)

The VERUS ENGINEERING A0112A Underbody Panel Kit is developed to further reduce aerodynamic drag on the Nissan GT-R (R35) by enclosing the factory-open tunnel area of the underbody. By covering this high-drag region with a purpose-designed carbon fiber panel, overall underbody airflow is improved, resulting in reduced drag and, in certain vehicle rake configurations, increased downforce.

Using ANSYS Adjoint solver technology and CFD analysis, the underbody panel was optimized to deliver measurable aerodynamic gains. The sculpted carbon design reduces the coefficient of drag by 0.010 while integrating functional cooling solutions, including a low-drag evacuation duct for heat management and dual NACA ducts to support transmission cooling.
