The VERUS ENGINEERING A0114A Brake Cooling Kit is designed to improve brake thermal management on the Mazda MX-5 Miata (ND) by directing high-pressure ambient air into the center of the brake rotors. The system utilizes the OEM fog light locations as air inlets and follows the shortest possible routing to maximize cooling efficiency. A formed backing plate with integrated ducts ensures airflow is delivered directly to the rotor vanes, supporting consistent braking performance during high-temperature operation.

The inlet ducts are manufactured from carbon fiber with a continuously decreasing cross-sectional area to promote efficient airflow and reduce losses throughout the system. Developed using in-house 3D scan data of the ND chassis, the kit achieves an OEM-level fit and finish. All required components are included, allowing installation with minimal hand tools.
