The VERUS ENGINEERING A0219A front splitter kit is developed for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS (991.2) to generate a substantial increase in front-end downforce with minimal aerodynamic drag. By creating a strong pressure differential between the upper and lower surfaces, the splitter improves front axle grip and high-speed stability. The design was further refined with aerodynamic features on the underside to improve airflow interaction with the carbon splitter diffusers, resulting in increased downforce generation.

The splitter is manufactured from carbon thermoplastic, a material widely used in top-level motorsport applications. This material is not brittle and avoids the cracking associated with traditional carbon fiber or ABS, while also resisting deformation unlike aluminum splitters. Brackets were designed using in-house scan data and precision CNC cut and bent for consistent fitment. The carbon splitter diffusers were developed using CFD to promote efficient airflow and improve performance. The splitter is specifically sized to balance large rear wings, including the Verus V1X, ensuring a stable and effective aerodynamic setup.
