Description VERUS ENGINEERING A0229A Rear Wing Kit UCW for SUBARU WRX / STI (GV)

The VERUS ENGINEERING A0229A UCW rear wing kit is engineered for the Subaru WRX / STI (GV) to significantly increase rear downforce, improve high-speed stability, and enhance overall track performance. Positioned between the Verus swan neck high-efficiency rear wing and the 300 mm V1X airfoil, the UCW wing features a 250 mm curved chord derived from the V1X profile, delivering higher downforce than the high-efficiency wing and similarly sized competitor solutions.

Development of the UCW rear wing involved extensive use of CFD analysis and ANSYS Adjoint Solver optimization to refine aerodynamic efficiency and ensure consistent airflow performance once installed. In-house 3D scan data was utilized during the design process to achieve near-OEM fit and finish, allowing the wing to bolt directly to the factory trunk while maintaining durability under high aerodynamic loads.
