The VERUS ENGINEERING A0239A Hood Scoop Block-Off Kit is designed to improve aerodynamic efficiency and cooling performance on the Subaru WRX / STI (VA) when the factory or aftermarket top mount intercooler has been removed. By sealing the OEM hood scoop opening, the kit helps reduce underhood pressure, which can otherwise contribute to front-end lift and restrict airflow through the cooling stack, including the radiator and front mount intercooler.

This solution supports more effective airflow management while also helping to protect the engine bay from moisture and debris. Engineered for a straightforward installation, the block-off panel installs using existing mounting points and does not require cutting or drilling of the hood.
