The VERUS ENGINEERING A0243A front splitter kit is engineered for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS (991.1) to generate a substantial increase in front-end downforce while keeping aerodynamic drag increase to a minimum. By creating a large pressure differential between the upper and lower surfaces, the splitter improves front axle grip and high-speed stability. The design was incrementally refined with aerodynamic features on the underside to enhance airflow interaction with the carbon splitter diffusers, resulting in improved downforce generation.

The splitter is manufactured from carbon thermoplastic, a material widely used in top-level motorsport applications. Unlike traditional carbon fiber, ABS, or aluminum splitters, this material is not brittle, resists cracking, and does not deform under load. Bracketry was developed using in-house scan data and precision cut and bent to ensure repeatable, accurate fitment. The carbon splitter diffusers were optimized in CFD to promote efficient airflow, and the overall system was sized to balance large rear wings, specifically the Verus V1X, for a stable aerodynamic setup.
