The VERUS ENGINEERING A0294A UCW Bottom Mount Rear Wing Kit is developed for the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray (C8) to significantly increase rear downforce, improve vehicle balance, and enhance driver confidence during track use. Designed to mount directly to the factory engine cover, the wing installs cleanly while maintaining near-OEM fit and finish. Its aerodynamic profile generates a strong low-pressure zone beneath the wing, producing substantial downforce with a minimal increase in drag.

The UCW rear wing was engineered using advanced CFD analysis, ANSYS adjoint optimization, and wind tunnel validation to maximize efficiency within the available packaging constraints. The airfoil geometry is derived from the V1X platform and refined to ensure consistent airflow performance when installed on the vehicle. In-house scan data was utilized throughout development, allowing the uprights and mounts to integrate into airflow-disturbed regions, minimizing aerodynamic penalties.

This rear wing is intended for enthusiasts running significant front aerodynamic components and requiring increased rear grip to maintain proper aero balance. As part of the Verus Engineering Ventus 2 aerodynamic system (bottom mount variant), the UCW rear wing contributes to increased cornering speed and reduced lap times.
