The VERUS ENGINEERING A0307A vortex generator kit is developed to improve aerodynamic efficiency on the Ford Mustang GT350 and GT350R (S550). During aerodynamic analysis of the GT350R, detached airflow was identified along the rear glass, which increased drag and reduced the effectiveness of the factory rear wing by limiting airflow to its underside. This kit addresses that issue by re-energizing airflow in this critical area.

By installing the vortex generators, drag is reduced while downforce is increased compared to the factory configuration when used with the OEM rear wing. When combined with an aftermarket rear wing, the primary benefit remains drag reduction. As part of the Ventus 1 aerodynamic package, these vortex generators contribute to improved wake management and overall aerodynamic balance of the vehicle.
