The VERUS ENGINEERING A0323A-BLU Air Oil Separator (AOS) is designed to keep the intake system on Subaru WRX / STI (VA) models free from oil contamination. Oil entering the intake system reduces effective octane, which can lead to detonation, power loss, and carbon buildup. This AOS installs in an OE-style configuration and does not require any changes to engine tuning or calibration.

The system filters both the crankcase vent and the intake vent locations through a single integrated unit. Four 5-micron coalescent filters, combined with internal baffling and stainless steel mesh, provide efficient separation of oil vapor from crankcase gases. An optional coolant hook-up kit allows hot engine coolant to circulate through the AOS body, reducing condensation buildup during colder operating conditions. This kit is intended for left-hand-drive vehicles only and is not compatible with right-hand-drive models.
