The VERUS ENGINEERING A0409A-RED coolant overflow cap is engineered to replace the factory plastic cap on select Ford models with a precisely machined aluminum component. Manufactured from solid 6061-T6 aluminum, this cap enhances engine bay appearance while maintaining full OEM functionality. The red anodized finish adds a clear visual accent while providing a durable surface suitable for engine bay environments.

The cap installs directly in place of the original unit and requires no tools, allowing installation to be completed in minutes. Each unit is produced in-house in Indianapolis using advanced 5-axis CNC machining to ensure consistent quality and precise fitment. Due to elevated engine bay temperatures, anodized finishes may gradually fade over time.
