The VERUS ENGINEERING A0411A-BLK 6 Port Turbo Heat Shield Kit is engineered to improve thermal management and engine bay organization on BMW models equipped with the B58 engine. Designed to replace the factory resonator and heat shield, this kit helps contain heat within the turbocharger area while freeing up valuable space in the engine bay. It is particularly beneficial when used with aftermarket intake systems, where reducing heat soak is critical for consistent performance.

The heat shield is manufactured from 2.0 mm thick stainless steel sheet, CNC laser cut and CNC press brake formed for precise geometry. Development was based on in-house scan data to ensure OE-like fitment and alignment. A high-temperature Cerakote coating provides additional thermal resistance and long-term durability under extreme operating conditions.
