The VERUS ENGINEERING A0411A-SLV 6 Port Turbo Heat Shield Kit is designed to improve thermal control and optimize engine bay space on BMW models equipped with the B58 engine. By replacing the factory resonator and heat shield, this kit helps retain heat within the turbocharger area while creating additional clearance in the engine bay. It is especially effective when paired with aftermarket intake systems, where minimizing heat soak is essential for consistent operation.

The heat shield is manufactured from 2.0 mm thick stainless steel sheet, CNC laser cut and CNC press brake formed to achieve precise geometry. Development was carried out using internally obtained scan data to ensure OE-like fitment and proper alignment. A high-temperature Cerakote coating in silver finish enhances thermal resistance and durability under demanding operating conditions.
