The VERUS ENGINEERING A0412A-BLU Dual Air Oil Separator is designed to maintain an oil-free intake system on the Subaru BRZ and Toyota GR86 (ZN8 / ZD8). Oil vapor entering the intake can lower effective octane levels, potentially leading to detonation, reduced power output, and carbon buildup. This air oil separator removes oil from crankcase ventilation gases before they are recirculated into the intake system.

The separator features four 5-micron coalescent filters, with one located at each inlet and outlet, combined with internal baffling and stainless steel mesh for high-efficiency oil separation. Its modular design supports optional drain-back and coolant add-on kits, allowing configuration flexibility based on vehicle setup and usage. All components are CNC machined and assembled for durability in high-temperature engine bay environments.
