The VERUS ENGINEERING A0421A Anti-Buffering Wind Deflectors are developed to reduce wind buffeting experienced during high-speed driving with the windows down on the Subaru BRZ, Toyota GT86 / GR86, and Scion FR-S. During track use, airflow separation around the A-pillar can generate pressure waves inside the cabin, resulting in excessive noise and discomfort. These deflectors are engineered to control airflow detachment, minimizing cabin pressure fluctuations without negatively affecting downstream aerodynamic components.

Manufactured from pre-preg carbon fiber and autoclave cured, the deflectors feature a multi-piece bonded construction for precise fitment and a high-gloss automotive clear coat. Installation is non-invasive and performed using included 3M VHB double-sided tape. While optimized for windows-down operation, a slight increase in wind noise may be noticeable with the windows fully closed.
