The VERUS ENGINEERING A0440A splitter air dam kit is a bolt-on aerodynamic upgrade developed to enhance the performance of the front splitter on the GR86 and BRZ platform. By preventing high-pressure air from entering the gap between the front bumper and the splitter, the air dam increases the pressure differential across the splitter surface, resulting in improved downforce generation at speed.

Designed to follow the original equipment bumper contour, the air dam integrates cleanly with existing front splitters to create a more complete aerodynamic system. Improved airflow management around the front bumper also contributes to enhanced performance of complementary components such as splitter endplates and dive planes. This kit is suitable for track-focused vehicles as well as spirited street driving.
