The VERUS ENGINEERING A0477A-BLK Air Oil Separator Kit is designed to prevent oil vapor from entering the intake system on the Ford Mustang GT, GT350, and GT350R (S550). Oil contamination in the intake tract can reduce effective octane, increase the risk of detonation, decrease power output, and contribute to carbon buildup. This system was developed after identifying significant oil accumulation in the PCV and intake system of a GT350R during in-house testing.

The separator mounts to existing factory locations and is positioned to remain compatible with most aftermarket engine components. An integrated drain valve at the bottom of the unit allows for quick and simple removal of captured oil during routine maintenance. The internal design incorporates multiple stages of separation to ensure effective filtration of crankcase vapors before they are returned to the intake.
