Description VERUS ENGINEERING A0480A Rear Spat Kit for SUBARU BRZ / TOYOTA GR86 (ZN8 / ZD8)
The VERUS ENGINEERING A0480A Rear Spat Kit is designed to visually complete the rear aerodynamic package of the Subaru BRZ and Toyota GR86 (ZN8 / ZD8). The spats are shaped to flow naturally with the factory rear bumper and are engineered to integrate seamlessly with the VERUS ENGINEERING rear diffuser and side splitters, creating a cohesive rear-end appearance.
During development, CFD analysis showed negligible changes in downforce and drag, indicating that the primary purpose of the rear spats is aesthetic integration rather than aerodynamic performance. They are intended to complement the Ventus aerodynamic packages by visually tying together the rear diffuser and side aero components while maintaining a clean, OEM-like fit.
- Designed to visually integrate with the rear bumper and rear diffuser
- Completes the rear-end appearance when combined with side splitters
- Strong and durable construction for long-term use
- Simple, non-invasive bolt-on installation
Specifications:
- Material: Hard durable plastic
- Installation Method: Rivet-nuts
