The VERUS ENGINEERING A0498A-RHS carbon exhaust cutout cover is designed for Subaru BRZ and Toyota GR86 (ZN8 / ZD8) vehicles equipped with a single-exit exhaust system. This component covers the unused exhaust opening on the right-hand side, providing a clean and refined rear bumper appearance.

The cover is manufactured using 3D printing from a carbon fiber–reinforced nylon material, offering an optimal balance of strength, low weight, and visual quality. During development, in-house scan data was used to precisely contour the exterior surface to match the OEM rear bumper, resulting in near-OE fitment. Installation is completed using push clips and requires no drilling or permanent modification. Due to material differences between the cover and the factory bumper valance, slight variations in color and reflectiveness may be present.
