The VERUS ENGINEERING A0501A brake cooling kit is engineered to maximize front brake cooling efficiency on the Toyota GR86 (ZN8 / ZD8) by directing high-pressure airflow directly to the center of the brake rotors. Designed in an OEM-style configuration, the system emphasizes the shortest and most efficient airflow path to improve thermal management during aggressive street driving and track use.

The kit utilizes a 3D printed carbon nylon inlet duct that replaces the factory radiator guides, a formed inner fender duct, and stainless steel backing plates with integrated ducts that channel air directly into the rotor hat. Developed using in-house 3D scan data, the components offer near OEM fit and finish and are specific to the GR86 front bumper. All required hardware and pre-cut high-temperature hoses are included for a complete installation. The OEM washer fluid reservoir cannot be retained.
