The VERUS ENGINEERING A0525A Brake Cooling Kit is designed to improve brake thermal management on the Toyota GR Corolla by directing high-pressure airflow directly to the center of the brake rotors. The system follows an OEM-style layout with the shortest possible routing to maximize cooling efficiency. Fresh air is captured from a high-pressure zone in the front bumper and delivered through dedicated ducting to the rotor center, supporting consistent braking performance under demanding conditions.

All components are developed using in-house 3D scan data to ensure a near-OEM level of fit and finish. The kit utilizes a 3D printed carbon nylon inlet that bolts to the factory bumper, combined with a stainless steel backing plate featuring integrated ducts. Pre-cut high-temperature hoses and all required hardware are included for a straightforward installation.
