The VERUS ENGINEERING A0540A Front Splitter Kit is engineered for the BMW M3 (E92) to significantly increase front-end downforce while maintaining minimal aerodynamic drag. Using in-house vehicle scan data, the splitter geometry was optimized to ensure precise fitment and effective load management when paired with a rear wing or diffuser. The splitter mounts to multiple chassis locations, providing a rigid and durable structure capable of handling substantial aerodynamic loads. Recessed hardware locations further improve airflow quality and contribute to a clean, factory-like appearance.

The splitter blade is manufactured from carbon polyweave, a motorsport-grade thermoplastic composite used in professional racing applications. This material offers high strength, low weight, and resistance to cracking or deformation compared to traditional carbon fiber, ABS, or aluminum alternatives. An integrated aluminum air dam aligns the splitter with the vehicle underbody, improving aerodynamic efficiency and stability.
