The VERUS ENGINEERING A0820A UCW Swan Neck Rear Wing Kit is engineered to significantly increase rear downforce on the Chevrolet Corvette C8 while maintaining high aerodynamic efficiency. Designed specifically for the factory trunk, this rear wing provides a substantial improvement in rear-end grip, stability, and driver confidence during high-speed track use.

Unlike bottom-mounted wing designs, the swan neck configuration utilizes the low-pressure zone beneath the wing element more effectively by keeping the underside airflow clean. This design approach allows the wing to generate higher downforce with minimal drag penalty. Compared to bottom-mount UCW configurations, the swan neck layout delivers improved overall aerodynamic efficiency by maximizing usable wing surface area.

The airfoil profile is derived from the V1X platform and optimized using ANSYS adjoint solver analysis, CFD validation, and extensive wind tunnel testing. In-house 3D scan data ensures near-OEM fitment, while the uprights are positioned in airflow-disturbed regions to minimize drag penalties. The wing is capable of balancing aggressive front aerodynamic systems, such as the Verus Engineering Front Splitter Kit, making it an ideal solution for track-focused Corvette Stingray Convertible builds.
