The Wagner Tuning Competition Gen.2 Intercooler Kit is designed for the Audi S4 B5 and A6 C4 2.7 Biturbo. This updated kit delivers significantly improved intercooling, reduces back pressure, and enhances engine performance.

The kit features high-performance intercoolers with mesh dimensions of 220x215x90 mm per unit, providing a 38% larger flow area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercoolers. The Competition high-performance mesh with tube-fin technology ensures maximum cooling and maintains low intercooler temperatures.

Flow-optimized cast aluminum end boxes, developed using CAD flow analysis, guarantee optimal internal airflow and reduced back pressure. The kit is designed for plug and play installation at the original mounting points and includes carbon air ducts for both sides to optimize air supply and add a sporty appearance.

Note: Small adjustments are required for Audi A6 2.7T with automatic gearbox.
