The updated Wagner Tuning Competition Gen.2 Intercooler Kit for Audi C5 RS6+ (US) is designed to deliver ultimate cooling performance. This high-performance upgrade is developed for all RS6 models equipped with an additional water cooler behind the intercoolers, significantly improving intercooling and minimizing back pressure.

The kit features impressive mesh dimensions of 255x230x105 mm per intercooler, offering a 39% larger flow area and 98% more charge air volume compared to the original intercoolers. The newly developed competition high-performance mesh with tube-fin technology ensures maximum cooling performance and maintains low charge air temperatures even under extreme conditions.

Cast aluminum end boxes, optimized using CAD flow analyses, guarantee optimal internal airflow and reduced back pressure. Each cooler weighs only 5.5 kg, and installation is straightforward with plug and play at the original mounting points. The kit also includes carbon air ducts, air grilles without fog light mounts, a silicone hose kit, and all necessary mounting materials.
