The Wagner Tuning EVO 1 Performance Intercooler Kit is designed for BMW 1 Series (E8x) and 3 Series (E9x) 35i models with N54 and N55 engines. This high-performance upgrade is developed for the first performance levels of these engines, providing enhanced cooling and increased performance.

The EVO 1 intercooler features core dimensions of 520 mm x 210 mm x 130 mm with a stepped structure, resulting in an 85% larger flow area and a 60% increase in charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The bar-and-plate core design ensures efficient charge air temperature regulation and minimizes thermal power losses.

The end boxes are made from lightweight cast aluminum and optimized using CFD technology for improved internal airflow and reduced back pressure. The kit is a plug-and-play solution, allowing the use of original intercooler hoses for straightforward installation. An anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties ensures durability and long-lasting performance. The intercooler is pressure-stable up to 6 bar and undergoes strict quality control.
