The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler EVO 2 is designed for BMW N54 and N55 engines, providing a significant increase in charge air volume and stable performance under high pressure. This intercooler is engineered to meet the demands of BMW 335i (E90/91/92/93), 135i, and 1 Series M models, delivering enhanced cooling and efficiency.

The core dimensions of 520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm result in an 85% larger flow area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler. The tube-fin core with internal turbulators and CFD-optimized cast aluminum end boxes minimize back pressure and maximize airflow. The kit is pressure-stable up to 6 bar and features an anti-corrosion coating for durability. Installation is straightforward, with reinforced silicone hoses replacing the original connections, though minor adjustments may be required for certain models.

Note: All models require minor adjustments to the radiator support. M Package vehicles require additional adjustments to the underbody paneling.
