Description WAGNER TUNING 200001045 Competition Intercooler Kit for AUDI A4 B8 (Allroad) 1.8TFSI
The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is designed for Audi A4 and A5 B8 models with 1.8 TFSI or 2.0 TFSI engines. This kit offers a significant increase in charge air volume and flow area compared to the standard intercooler, delivering enhanced cooling performance even under demanding conditions.
The Competition high-performance core features a tube fin design with internal turbulators, and cast aluminum end boxes optimized for internal airflow using CAD and CFD simulations. Reinforced silicone hoses are included, matched to the extended connection diameters, ensuring easy installation and a direct replacement for the OEM intercooler.
The intercooler is pressure-stable up to 6 bar and protected by a high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity. Continuous quality monitoring ensures suitability for both racing and everyday driving.
Note: Not suitable for B8.5 Facelift models.
Note: For vehicles with dynamic steering, the additional cooling loop must be relocated. Instructions are provided in the installation manual.
