Description WAGNER TUNING 200001049 Competition Intercooler Kit MINI R55 Cooper S
The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is designed for the MINI Cooper S (R55-R61) and offers a significant increase in charge air volume and flow area compared to the stock intercooler. This kit is engineered to improve performance and acceleration by supplying more air to the engine.
The Competition high-performance intercooler core provides optimized airflow and minimal back pressure, ensuring sufficient airflow for adjacent components such as the water cooler. The cast aluminum end boxes, developed using CAD, further enhance internal airflow. Installation is straightforward, requiring only the replacement of the factory intercooler, and the lightweight design simplifies handling.
The intercooler features a high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity, ensuring durability and optimal cooling. All products undergo strict quality control procedures.
Note: With minor adjustments to the inside of the bumper, also suitable for pre-facelift models R55-R57 (2006-2010).
